THE COMMUNAL FACILITIES

All residents of HILLBROOK COURT are entitled to shared use of the resident's lounge, guest suite (upon payment of a small fee) & laundry room.

There is ample parking in front of the building for residents & visitors - also a covered shed for bicycles, electric buggies etc.
